After picking up the chef uniform at the first level of Moment of truth, I became unable to pick up any other clothes.
Restarting the game from the beginning did not work so now the game is not possible to complete.
Reinstalling would probably force me to download the game again since I use Galaxy.
The data would cost more than I paid for the game.

Very late, but in Death to Spies, if you shoot an enemy/kill them with the knife, you can't take their uniform. (Aside from sometimes Headshots and it depends on the game.)

Also your backpack in Moment of Truth can't carry many uniforms if you're referring to that.
