So I noticed that on Steam the games have some free DLC such as the swimsuit DLC and I'm wondering if the GOG version has them since the free DLCs aren't listed?

I'm pretty sure the answer is yes (i.e., yes, they come with the free DLC, not yes, they come with all the DLC), since I have it. You'll have to provide a more specific list to check, but the swimsuit DLCs are there. However, I did buy both games with all DLC (derq DLC Plus and derq2 Complete Deluxe) at the time. No specific swimsuit DLC mentioned, though, which is why I suspect it came with the main game.

All the DLC that are available on PS4 and Steam are also available here on GOG. There's none that had been excluded for this platform.

OP probably had long ago purchased the game, but I wanted to share this in case anybody else happened upon this too.
