I installed this game on playonlinux, and ingame graphics are ok, but i dont see the movies (it's are encoded with Windows media video codec)
Any clues?

I'm not sure how codecs are handled in Wine. If it's through Gstreamer, make sure you have the various codec packs installed. If it's some form of native support, you might try something like the Community Codec Pack which does the same thing for the Windows native format support. This is purely speculation though as I haven't used Linux/Wine in a while.
