I keep seeing ppl complaining about the starting cars in this game being too slow and unresponsive, I have the complete opposite experience where the police cars seem too wild and sensitive, you press the right bumper the car just zooms forward. Steering is too sensitive as well, I thought it was the DPFix but when I disabled it it didn't make any difference.

Also FRAPS says constant "60fps" but the game runs like 30fps with or without the DPFix. Is there any way to improve that?

EDIT: I've just restarted my PC and now the game runs fine (actual 60fps) and the car handles normally. very weird.

Late reply but it is recommended to restart your computer after installation because strange issues crop up.
