EDIT: It was a problem with the DRM-Free version I got from Humble Bundle, it is missing a large chunk of the game's data and I had to copy it all from the Steam version to get it to work. Ignore this plea for help thank you!


I just got the PC port of this game and I have yet to load the game, I have tried the Physx fix and that did not work, compatibility modes to no avail, and large address aware patches which do not work at all it seems. I tried these methods with and without DPFix and I constantly get a DP.exe has stopped working error.

Anyone who suffered similar issues? If so, how did you fix it.

It was an issue with the DRM-Free version I got from Humble-Bundle, they did not pack over 90% of the game's data with it so I had to copy it all from the redeemed Steam key I got. Still having issues with aiming and frame rate issues with the aiming fix but I will get to it eventually.
