I am running at a mere 1080p and the scrolling is so stuttery. It is not a fps issue. I have tried the refresh rate at 60 in the game and also applied vsync in the Nvidia Control Panel but it is just the same. I cannot play this game as it is. Anyone any tips on how to get this game to run smooth before I issue a refund from Gog?
