Does anyone know how to add skill points to NPC's without taking them into the field. For example Davis can't even go into the field. How do I disseminate his skill points into mechanical or science so he can be better at that? It seems like I should be able to hit C to enter the character screen then click next or previous to scroll through the NPC's then add skill points to the skills I want them to be better at. Sadly it will only show my characters skill tree for some reason. Why even put next and previous if it doesn't do anything?

The only way I managed to put up some NPC skills is when they`ve come to me and asked what I`d like them to improve upon. Then their skill goes up in that area. This seems to happen if they are getting happier (500-1000 plus moral points).

For instance, a girl, Priscilla asked me what she should work in, gpoing out and about more (makes changes to her skill) or stay at the school tending the garden (improves skill there).

I don`t know of any other way except (maybe) when you give them jobs on the board.
