How are gog achievements numbers calculated ?

The dead cells achievements show 7.5% players killed the hand and 9.5% activated the first boss cell. Is there a different way to get the first boss cell than to kill the HotK ? Or are the numbers completly false like 76% of all stats found on internet?

I will post that in a general gog related forum once i am sure there is no dead cells thingy that I am not aware of that can explain this number.

Well, I only use Linux now, so no Galaxy for me so I can only guess, but...

If the HotK achievement isn't retroactive, it could be that some players beat him without Galaxy running, or before achievements were added, or on another platform, or from a not-so-legal copy of the game, or are using someone else's save, or whatever other possibility, and haven't beaten him again (or ever, in the case of someone else's save).

If it is retroactive, well, then I'm stumped :-D

Achievements aren't retroactive for the Steam version at least. And in that version achievements were added way before HotK was introduced to the game.
