Since they have been pretty timely with updates here on GOG I would assume that they are investigating ways to bring translations to us as well. The game is still in development, so nothing's final, yet.

As i see it, the game is still in develpment, so the item descripcions, mechanics and dialogue can be subject of alterations or changes; because of that, investing in localizations (or translations for that matter) is not worth it just yet. Maybe in the future they will try to add them, but right now the game changes a lot.
