did i just not get it or are new content achievements not ready yet?

edit: i just noticed i cant unlock the lance either, the game just didnt give me the kill appearently :(

Today I've noticed that GOG version is lacking achievements. Did notice that I didn't get the achievement for absorbing 4th boss cell. After the investigation, I've found out that there are actually 5 missing achievements in GOG. There are 46 in GOG and 51 in Steam.
Here are 5 that are missing:
Please leave your shoes at the entrance "You reached the Castle for the first time!"
The last rampart falls... "You have beaten The Hand of the King"
Deft extraction "You absorbed your fourth Boss Source Cell!"
Let's get down to the nitty gritty... "You finished the game with four Boss Source Cells injected"
Do you need.... a hand?? Bahaha! "You beat The Hand of the King without taking a single hit!"

All the missing achievements are from The King's Hand update.

Also got a little bug when got my 4th BSC. Screenshot is in the attachments.

Will try to reach a developer with this issues.

there is no way you can retroactively give me these (achievement+lance), right? i dont play as much anymore but back then I was stoked out of my mind that i beat the hand first try.
