How to unlock "Custom Mode"? I've beat game two times (2 cells active), and this mode is still inactive...

Before the dlc, the custom mode was available for me, since the dlc this mode is still inactive too, i don't know if its a bug or not

You must have kill the king first, then the next time you go to the Ramparts you will find a special room with an elite who drop the customization rune.
