I'm trying to play the game and it crashes every time I open it, with three options, like "close program", etc. It's a standard error that doesn't tell me much. That's on Windows 7.

Now I'm trying to install it on an older computer with Windows Vista, and it got stuck for a long time at the end with the extra little popup window about initializing C++ redistributable (why would it need to do that anyway, since C++ is a compiled language - shouldn't it just need to copy whatever DLLs are necessary and call it a day?). The popup window finally disappeared but now the main loading bar for the installation seems to be frozen almost all the way at the end.

I really can't seem to get this game to work at all.
