How do I get to the Ta system? There is an artifact there but the destination shows a question mark.

nvm...i clicked the sidequest button (duh!)

ok... so I still have problems here..

I kill the two pirate cargo ships and escorts as per the mission then nothing happens... no third set comes out of warp and I dont get the key to Ta

any ideas?
