I've been to every system in the cluster. The side mission to open up this system takes place in Gaungbwe. But I have no idea where the side mission is actually available. There is one other system that I can't get to either, but I'm sure it opens up when I visit Honnaing.
Where do I get the side mission to protect the Arrack Cruiser Akshat II?
