I'm supposed to scan 3 or 4 containers looking for some shield part or something. My escort tells me to scan them simply by switching view but nothing happens.
I thought I would use the "USE" key but the only action available is my landing computer. Is there a bug here or have I missed something?

To scan a container, you have to click on the blue button in the bottom-left corner.
This will activate the scan if you are not too far away.

Thanks, I guess I have to read the manual more closely next time, on the other hand the game could have been more detailed in telling me what to do...
