So, i have been reading that certain items, can only be found in new game plus mode... Like the axe of Absalom (final boss). Or the secret arena mace, which requires to beat 100 waves while never dying and you cannot get past wave 75 during your first game. Or the item reward from Bloodless quest.

Anyone knows the entire, complete list of all such items, that can ONLY be gathered during new game plus? Anyone kind or willing enough to list them, please? Or know a webpage/link in which someone else already did? Thanks in advance.
