Note : Please be aware that the Beta version might have new critical issues, might crash miserably and might not be fit to run on your system.


To access the beta please do the following:
You need to be using the Galaxy Client
Opt in to Beta Channels (On).
Select Add Private Channel
There is no password
Select the "publicbeta" branch
Download and play


Please try this beta if you still experienced video player problems with patch #4.

This update consists of a rewrite of the software codec based videoplayer. The game now takes up to 3 times less CPU when showing cutscene videos.

Synchronization should be more stable, so you should experience less off-sync voice overs.

A couple of problematic cases that could lead to crashes have been resolved.
Please comment if the beta fixes problems for you and especially if it introduces new issues.
