Playing through the Crucible DLC for the first time. Beat 3/4s of it (got the 3 acheevos), but I'm not earning any tokens.

Version 215.465_pk1_pk2

Tried applying all the patches, the latest one (1.4 to 1.4a) says I already have the update installed.

Any suggestions? Anyone else having this issue?
