Hello there,

little problem but maybe u guys can help:

I installed Darksiders 3 here.

Everytime I start the game it opens the game in a kind of window-mode. I mean it's not a real window-mode, in the game options I enabled the fullscreen stuff etc. but it still fills only 1/4 of my screen.

I have 3840x2160 screen, and it looks like it uses only around 1920x1080 of it (1/4 of it; look at the attached image/screen shot). I googled a bit and people say "eeh just click ALT+RETURN everytime u start" but I'd like to find a final solution without clicking some keys everytime I start.

Does anyone have/had the same problem and found a way to fix it?

Thanks in advance.

Idea.

For any games that force itself into Window mode b/c Fullscreen don't work right (i.e. see Dungeon Siege 1 and 2 retail versions; Space Siege; Deus Ex IW; and NWN2) on newer OS's (like W7,8,10,11) - why not just use BorderLess Gaming (BLG)?

BLG can force games into a psuedo-fullscreen mode, basically.

BLG - https://github.com/Codeusa/Borderless-Gaming/releases/tag/9.5.6

Run BLG in the background for the games that have full-screen issues.

With BLG - you need to add the game from the left menu (what's running right now!) to the right-side menu (approved app's to auto-run w/ BLG, when BLG's running).
