Glitches and crashes, aiming problems and jerky movement aside, the reviews screaming for lack of DLCs, are false and misleading. I tried to tell that before, but the usual "distinguished" people downvoted to hide and threw a ton of irrelevant things in there as well as random junk.
The entire loot system has been redesigned, nothing is omitted from the game. The DLCs are all active in-game, but you don't receive them from the serpent-tome anymore. Not only you find in-game the DLC items, but you have to earn them, by beating bosses who didn't drop them before, locating them as hidden loot, etc. Some of them even scale with your level. What's better is that they finally bothered to add the as of before unobtainable items, like War's pauldron, the scythe looking like war's sword and the crow armor set. The pauldron is even gifted to you by talking to Muria, at Tristone. The DLC campaigns are accessible through certain in-game npcs. The game might look like being the same, but in certain aspects and mechanisms, is drastically different. Here is a guide from the console version, game was released there at an earlier date: https://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/168031-darksiders-ii-deathinitive-edition/72741407/835360645?dismiss=20
Stop spreading misinformation, not only game contains every little piece of additional content in one package, but it even restored the unobtainable items mentioned above! Real issue is a gamestopping crash, though, which happens always without fail, upon entering Shadow Gorge. For all players reaching that point. Hopefully, they are going to release a fix here, too. Peace.
