I was asked by a pharmacist in Freiberg to fetch a sworn statement for him in Koln. I don't remember who I was supposed to get the statement from and no one in Koln has brought up the subject. Can anyone tell me how you go about collecting sworn statements?

Have you checked all the dialogue options with everyone you could talk to and are you sure you visited everyone? Usually, when you have to talk to a specific person about something, it shows up in the dialogue options...

I know I'm late to reply, but I recall you have to break in to the specific office in order to get sworn statements (or any other documents, for that matter).
