Added Localization for Russian, German, Spanish, Czech, and French. (Polish and Brazilian-Portuguese is on the way)
Tweak Audio Levels of new Narrator lines.
Removed Destroyed Town Upgrades on Brigand Incursion Failure (Hero Death is enough, ignoring the mission still causes some upgrades to be destroyed)
Adjusted Bandit Incursion Event chance to make it slightly more rare.
Fix to crash when selecting the town invasion quest icon after having completed some DD quests.
