Is there any way to change the resultion? I know this game is old and wasn't made for 1920x1080 screens, and I don't mind playing in a window, but I don't know how to force the program to do run in a smaller window.

1. Download D3DWindower
2. Extract it in a folder
3. Run the D3DWindower-English.exe
4. Add-Program (+), search your dkreign.exe, click open!
5. 1 left click on the dkreign.exe, click settings!
6. type in the resolution you want to run the game (original dk is 640x480)
7. Click > (activate emulation)
8. Run it! If it doesn't, close the D3DWindower-English.exe and run it again! It should work then!

there is no no cd patch available so your reply is inrelevent.

What about to add D3DW to the galaxy launcher? GOG Galaxy fixes the no cd patch,
cuz sometime clicking on the game icon sometime the patch stops to work

Dk has no no cd patch. It works more like a virtual CD. And forget about bying dk from Amazon or ebay. It's over priced, probably a scam. I wonder what happened, they used to sell original cds for 10€.
