Hello all, just got a copy of this game for my laptop and started messing with it....
I Know it is old but whatever.

I have noticed that, unlike every other game I have seen, just double-clicking the unit squad number will not take you to the group, and I have been unable to find a hotkey that will do so??
Would also like to be able to center the camera on announcements made in the game, such as 'Enemy Sited' or 'Unit Destroyed'' if there is a way to do this.
Is there an 'AUTO CENTER CAMERA' key??

When you receive an in-game announcement eg: enemy engaged, you can hit the spacebar to toggle back and forth between where you were at the time and where the action occurred.

Another option is to click on the minimap in the corner to jump to any location on the fly. (The spacebar also works with this to jump back and forth between places of interest.)

As to the first question, the game doesn't do that afaik. This game relies more on using paths and waypoints or using orders to adjust unit behavior. almost entirely reliant on the rectangular selection tool and your ability to catch all the lemmings.
