Hey guys.

I'm stuck. Again. My hard-earned dignity after dozens of walkthrough-less PnCA completions went down the drain some time ago, still no solution could help me solve that damn puzzle. I entered the letter for Dowerton according to the guide book (don't know if this one changes too, in my case it's E), looked up the GWR figure related to the number displayed above the tunnel (934), entered it like 100 times, pulled the activation switch and still this guy tells me that I'm gonna crash the system. At the peak of despair I went and entered each figure from the GWR page, since I'm pretty sure that the railway is ALWAYS the western one.
It didn't do anything. I'm completely out of clues. I'm close to believing that little Amy's ghost (or whatever the plot will reveal is going on) creeped out of the game to scourge my relaxed gaming nights.

Please help. Thanks.

Are you sure you entered the figures correctly? I remember I assumed first that I have to push the buttons which were marked with "black" in the book and only later realized that they're the ones which should be left untouched.
Other than that, I have no idea what could be the problem.

Um... now that's embarrassing... that didn't come to my mind once :|
But then again, it was pretty late at night and I obviously sucked at playing the game.

Thanks for your swift reply! You helped at lot.
