So I bought and Installed both games that are available on gog.com.
Sounds good right?
Right.
I start up the game, and well, it starts. I hear it start. I have dual monitors and the main monitor's resolution is put on 640x800. But I see no game. The second monitor stays on 1280x1024.
Specs:
nVidia GTS 250
Quad Core Processor
4GB Ram
Windows Vista
Edit: ALSO!
I tried running it in compatibility mode to no avail. Same with Run as admin.
Edit 2:
Got it working by swapping the primary monitor to the 4:3 one not the widescreen. But I'd appreciate a better fix.

Go into your nvidia control panel and check your scaler options for the widescreen monitor.
@Ralackk, I tried that, it didn't work either.
Any other suggestions?
I have the same problem--it starts, I hear it, but I can't find it, so I took the same path as Zepar26 and swapped the right and left on my display settings (Vista). Now I can see the upper left quadrant. I am running an ATI card with two Dell monitors of the same size. What can I do to make the whole game appear?

Oh, and I should add that my system is:
Vista64
Intel Core2Duo 3G
8G RAM
ATI Radeon 4870 1G

Please help--my laptop is very very old and at the minimum requirements, so I really don't want to have to load it there...

This game doesn't seem to care for dual-monitor set ups. Think I've found a fix that's significantly easier than switching out your monitors. Here's what I did (running Windows XP 32 bit, yes I know shut up).

1) Right click your desktop and choose 'Properties.'
2) Go to the 'Settings' tab.
3) Using the 'Display' drop-down, select the monitor that is NOT your primary.
4) Un-check the box that says 'Extend my Windows desktop onto this monitor.'
5) Hit apply, then hit okay.
6) Run Dark Fall!

Like I said I use XP, so I'm not sure what the options will be for you Vista/7 users, but hopefully the steps are fairly similar. At any rate, going to your display settings and simply deactivating the second monitor seems to fix it. A lot easier, considering all you have to do once you're done playing is go back and re-check that box. Hopefully this helps one or all of you.

This worked for me...although it kind of pointed out to me that I have waaaaay too many icons on my desktops, hehe. I spent several minutes sorting them back out after closing and resetting my dual monitors. Oh, and FYI, on Vista you right click, go to Personalize, Display Settings and uncheck the Extend To your second monitor there.

Thanks for your help!
No problem, glad you got it to work!
