Daikatana actually used MP3 files for it's in-game soundtrack. So if you have the game installed, you already have the Mp3's on your hard drive. Just go to the install folder and the data\music subfolder, and you'll find them.

some guy got the rights to the soundtrack and the original recordings back in 2005 and published an official 2 disk OST in great quality. if you really like the music you may still be able to find it somewhere for download since unfortunately his site, dominusanimae.com shuttered back in 2011. there's a full track listing which may help you here, under the Music header: http://www.giantbomb.com/john-romeros-daikatana/61-7747/

he also got the originals of some older tracks by will loconto that were never used in game but are really excellent.
