I know the developer answered this in another post but while in most cases Steam VR is used (mostly because it seems no one has bothered to release another implementation of OpenVR/XR that I can see) it does not require the game to be on Steam to use it and several games on GOG have a VR version or are VR exclusive and load just fine using Steam VR and in my case without the need for Steam to even be loaded once it's installed. Is it still possible to restore the VR mode that is on the Steam version to the GOG version? I have little doubt it will still work as long as Steam VR is installed which is required by most VR headsets to use them anyway so most if not all people with VR already have it installed. It would just be a nice value add and make it not feel like the GOG version is inferior to the Steam one. Your game is an amazing VR experience and it's a shame to force people to purchase it on one platform to get that experience when it can be available on both.
