Hey, I was wondering whether I should start a complete new Cyberpunk game again, when Phantom Liberty comes out? Do the new features have any impact of the "old" story (like shooting out of cars, police etc.)? Thanks for help and sorry for my english.

From what I understand, some highlights include many new weapons, and a complete rework of the skill system so it's more cohesive and easier to understand.

I'm planning on playing it again when the expansion launches, fwiw, but I am just some person on the internet.

I would say that is subjective. As I understand it, Phantom Liberty won't require a new playthrough or new character, though it perhaps would be recommended, assuming all the new changes (new character tree, vehicle combat etc.) will also affect the base game.

Personally, I am playing through the game again now, but mostly just to remind myself of the main story.
