I've been playing this game fine for years with no big performance headaches. I recently got an AMD Radeon, RX 6700 XT and the game obviously ran better than my previous card. But after a few visits to Night City with no issues, I'm now running into a strange game breaking problem. When I'm loaded into the game world, everything is fine, I do a gig/job and then move onto a different location. However, when I start to progress through the map, the world begins to deconstruct, or not load in properly. Textures and models become sparse, people geometric models are a few polygons, or just don't load in altogether. I've even driven through to a point where I fell through the map. It's completely unplayable, even the cursor in the menu doesn't load.
Anyone else had this particular issue? Started since the last update with all the cloud / cross platform saving.

Specs: Windows 10 64bit
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10600K CPU @ 4.10GHz
RAM 32gb

Thanks!
