Hello!

I went to The Second Amendment. They have guns but not ammo. Where can I purchase ammunition? Thanks in advance.

There's a gun kiosk by the Arroyo fight quest. The vendor was selling bullets there. I guess you just need to try different shops.

Double check, they definitely do sell ammo, I bought a load of pistol ammo from Second Amendment.
It looks like a brown rectangular package.

Yup. Make sure you've got the filter on 'all' and not just weapons.

You can also craft ammo.
