When walking around i notice some npc's wearing transparent jackets and some other clothing items i havent seen in any of the clothing store's i've been to in the city. Also there was mention of there being sexual cyberware for male/females but i havent found that either. Does anyone know if you can actually get this stuff? or if it's NPC only?
