When I remove the limit it jumps up to 0.8 and 0.9 and mostly stays there (got 888kbps max dl speed) but whenever I set a limit it only goes as high as 0.3mbps. If limit is below 300kbps then it says 0.1mbps, if around 400kbps then it says 0.2mbps and if I set it above 400 even as high as 850 it never goes above 0.3mbps.
Lucky there is a schedule option so I can leave it overnight at unlimited at set it to 500kbps in the morning via schedule feature so it doesn't slow down everyone's browsing speed to snail pace. Kinda weird though.
It's not just visual bug. I noticed over time that it did in fact download at 0.3mbps speed instead of 0.5 or 0.7 or whatever I actually set it to.
Anyone else experienced this?
