Hard to believe that in 2023 I had to force Vsync through Nvidia control painel in a Good-but-not-Old-Game, but that's it...

I'm playing on a 60hz monitor and there is noticeable stutter with more than 60 FPS. Then I limited FPS count in the game menu, and got very strong screen tear down. So I turned on Vsync and, boy, did my mouse get smooooooth...

The solution was to use Nvidia control painel and it worked fine, but I wonder whether this happens with more people. There's no use in adding an option to the menu if it just messes up with the game, right? Or I am missing something?
You got a Gsync or Freesync/Adaptive Sync monitor?

I have the same problem as you. I play on a 60Hz monitor without Gsync or Freesync. To avoid stutter or screen tear I have to activate Vsync, but with the resulting mouse effect. But this doesn't only happen to me in Cyberpunk2077, but in many other games. It had not thought of activating Vsync from the Nvidia control panel. The only game that does not cause mouse problems after activating Vsync in its own options is World of Wacraft.
That's why Nvidia Reflex is built into the game, guys. It's under the video settings...and it works very well. you can even play at 30fps with Reflex and have almost zero latency.
I also have this mouse-lag as soon as Vsync is active (resolution 1920x1080 at 60Hz with an NVidia-card). Without Vsync, Cyberpunk is even worse for me because I have a lot of tearing (switching off Vsync and setting the maximum FPS to 60 does nothing for me).

I have been looking for a real solution to this problem for a long time and I wanted to write it down here in case someone else needs this solution besides me (i have this from the reddit-forum).

1. Switch on Vsync for Cyberpunk 2077 in your "Nvidia Control Panel" (not in the game under the settings). But this alone dosn't work for me.
2. Also set the maximum frame rate to 58 in your "Nvidia Control Panel" (with a 60Hz monitor to exactly 58).

This works perfectly for me - Vsync is now active and without the mouse lag. I hope it helps someone too.
