I had five vehicles, including the beautiful racing car I found in a cave, but I can't call any of them. When I use the 'V' to call them nothing happens, there is no vehicle list any more. This literally just happened a few minutes ago. All of a sudden -- no vehicles.

This is my second play-through and it seems as though there are far more bugs in the game this time.
