I can't patch because I formatted. To switch from 1.22 to 1.23, 1.22's regedit records are needed.

You may have already tried this but I've noticed that pausing it and resuming it can help. If that doesn't help, try pausing it, exiting Galaxy altogether, then starting it back up. It usually helps me.
