What is going on with this game's MSRP in the USA?

Physical PS5/Xbox: $60
Digital PS5: $71
Digital Xbox/Steam/GoG/Epic: $80

CDPR, why are you charging $20 more (not discounted) to play a digital version of this game on PC or Xbox and $11 more on PS5 than a physical copy of the game? Why is the digital PS5 version $9 cheaper than the other digital versions?

And Why if I have all released game dlc do I not have the Ult. Edition? Gog this isn't a good look.

If you already have the base game and expansion - you have the same as the ultimate edition... You aren't being cheated out of anything.

It's basically a way fro people to save a little money if they don't already have the base game and expansion. To mean, it seemed weird for it to come out so soon right after the release of the expansion.
