I cannot figure out how I'm supposed to download the digital goodies that you can get from signing into a GOG account at the main menu of the game. I have received the in-game items, so I know that it worked. I've been navigating the GOG site and GOG Galaxy 2.0 trying to find the digital portion of the rewards. Any help on this would be very much appreciated! Thank you :)

Not 100%, but I think the digital goodies are through the Xbox store app on the Xbox. Under the game's listing on your hard drive, there should be optional stuff you can download to your hard drive.

Same problem here... In the XBOX store app there is no option to download/buy anything else than the game.

Digital goodies - how to
1. From the main menu of Cyberpunk 2077 open MY REWARDS (in the lower right corner).
2. Register with your GOG.COM account using the provided personal link (the link is unique to your profile) or QR code. If you don’t have a GOG.COM account, you will be able to create one for free.


To download Original Score, Cyberpunk 2020 Sourcebook and Wallpapers for desktop and mobile:

Without GOG Galaxy 2.0
1. Access your GOG account and library in a browser (https://www.gog.com/account).
2. Select the game.
3. Download the goodies from the “Extras” section on the right.

If you have GOG GALAXY 2.0 installed on your PC
1. Login to GOG GALAXY 2.0 using GOG.COM account that you have connected with Cyberpunk 2077
2. Access the “Extras” tab located to the left of the “Play” button in GOG Galaxy 2.0.
3. Click on the specific content you want to download or “Download all” at the bottom of the list.
4. The content will be downloaded to the location you have set under “Other downloads folder" in GOG GALAXY 2.0 “Installing, updating” settings.

To claim your Art Booklet and the Your Voice Digital Comic, log in to the following websites using your GOG.COM account:
• Art Booklet: cyberpunk.net/artbook
• Digital Comic: cyberpunk.net/comic

I misspoke. From the file manager, where you go to "Games and Apps" and then go to Cyberpunk in your games library, your select it, and there should be additional files available for download on it, but saying that, I've never redeemed it on xbox so I'm not 100%. I'll research it more.

Already tried that but the EXTRAS tab in GOG Galaxy does not appear. The QR procedure works for the ingame bonus (Items appears in V's apartment). GOG Galaxy is correctly conneted to XBOX game because it shows updated completed activities. If i login with links for comicbook and artbook i receive "ACCESS DENIED" message.

You could try an account refresh by clicking on
https://www.gog.com/account/refresh or
https://www.gog.com/user/refresh
and restart Galaxy,
but I'm afraid CDPR/GOG Support will have to take a look at this.

Does not make any difference. Searched on XBOX under every menu but no option to download comicbook, artbook or sountrack.

I finally wrote to gog support and they replied in two days with a code for the goodies. After redeem it on gog I found the goodies on the game shelf and I can access to the artbook and comic book from the link provided in the page https://www.cyberpunk.net/en/goodies#how-it-works

How should I submit a support request to get a response as quickly as possible? I have already sent two appeals and have not received a response to them for a month.
