Both "Desperate Measures" and "Small Man, Big Mouth" require that you go into Tirempire for two seperate occasions. However, for whatever reason the entire location is just a hot mess of the garage not opening when driving the Zetatech truck, or if you do Kirk's sidequest then the garage WILL open but in turn the van that Kirk wants you to search doesn't spawn, and even if you drive the Zetatech truck into the now open garage the quest doesn't acknowledge you driving on top of the quest marker.

I've done both of these quests every other which way. I've done one before the other, I've loaded ancient saves, I've verified the install over and over, I've even tried to find possible game data with which to use the console and force the quests to advance but that data isn't available anywhere online.

I'm honestly just starting to get very frustrated and regretting picking up this game with these endless quest-breaking bugs that keep happening.
