This is just the worst, I can't slot in system reset I crafted because I don't have a tier 5 operating system. Same for all other ultimate quick hacks I've got. Seems like they made 2.0 with the intent of making things terrible for builds using quick hacks.

Is there any way I can get a tier 5 operating system quick? I'm currently at beginning of Act 3 btw and even ripperdocs don't have the legendary gear they used to.

Beginning to hate this update and the game so much.
