Will there be any changes to textures pop-in while driving car on PC?

All this textures are appearing like 50-100 meters in front of me and it just annoying. There was no such issue in 1.0 or 1.1 version, maxed graphics and RTX ON.

Game is on M.2 SSD, changing graphics settings, does nothing to this issue.

There's an option in the settings menu for "slow HDD mode" or something like that. The new patch automatically switches this to "auto" but you might want to try turning it off.
