Hey guys! I just downloaded the game, version 1.03. Tried messing with the settings and everything seems to be working except texture settings are locked on "HIGH". I changed them to medium or low, and it just resets itself to high. I know I can only change them from the main menu and not from ingame, but it doesn't work.

I play on a GTX 1050Ti, at 720p (yikes) but it runs the game at around 40 fps on medium settings. It looks alright, especially with film grain on, I get that 80s film-y look. I don't mind it. The problem is I get stutters while driving in the car, and I'm worried it is the texture streaming. Also maybe if I lower the textures to medium, I can pull off 1080p/medium as well.
