All of a sudden I'm stuck in first-person when I climb on a vehicle. It's impossible to drive that way since you can't see the road.

I know this is a bug, and it's been suggested elsewhere that the way to get out of it is to exit the game completely and reload, but that hasn't worked.

I could really use some help with this is anyone has an answer for me.
