Hello!

There's a particular mission where Panam gets hit with shrapnel at the bottom side of her torso. If you look at that area of her body later in the game, you'll notice there is a scar where she got hit, and the clothing around that area is damaged as well. That is some great attention to detail.

In your apartment in Building 10, when Johnny bangs his head against the window during your first encounter with him, for a while afterwards there are some remains of his head bangs (broken glass / blood) on the window. Then either V gets over it or somebody replaced the window :))))

Dunno if it's a bug or a feature though considering the state this game is in.

It would be weird if the blood and cracks stayed on the glass. Johnny is in V's mind. He's not real to the outside world. During their first encounter with each other, V takes her meds and it dispels the hallucination. He bangs his head on the window because he's confused. After both him and V realize what's happening, Johnny doesn't actually interact with anything else. At least not in a way that would physically alter the object in question.

Agree, that's why it's weird... The only way I could explain it is that V is seeing it as a hallucination post his Johnny syndrome.

remapping my inventory button.

simple cancel from the menu.
