100+ hours in. About to lose access to internet for a long while so I'll post a current wishlist for CD Project Red's suggestion box.
1) Flashlights or Night Vision Optics for really dark places like abandoned apartments or underwater.
2) A separate Tattoo Slot(s) on your cyberware where you want the tattoo(s) but need the cyberware features in the slot the tattoo goes to. Seriously, that thing is so plot relevant, I'm keeping it even though I lose a really important cyberware feature but I wish i didn't have to.
3) Volume control on TV in V's apartment as well as subtitles so you can actually watch tv in the apartment, or listen to the radio.
4) Ability to sleep in beds on new cribs you get access to. Maybe with added story, interaction, affinity or other benefits.
5) Adjust POV of camera when driving so you can see the road more clearly, especially from in-car.
6) Headlights that actually light up the road way in front of you so you can see turns and obstacles at night, especially in the badlands. Either that or keeping the camera at an angle where you can see the road in front of you instead of auto resetting to the caboose. Yeah, these cars look awesome from behind but missing turns or slamming into stuff kinda sucks. And especially people. Really. There's a frigging quest about avenging a hit and run. There should have been an ironic response to the fixer about my own (unintentional) bodycount. :/ Glad those aren't counted in street races. Speaking of which...
7) Street races. (XD) for street cred, eds and maybe some unique equips or trophies for your room. Even Death Stranding has 'em. :)
8) Display names of shops, restaurants and other services on the Map especially once you've visited them. And keep that orange blip on the icons if they have new content updates there you haven't accessed yet. They disappear once you run your mouse over them. :/
9) Some way of finding hidden events, especially if they have a limited activation window.
10) Ability to track clothes you already have in your stash or new clothes you don't own yet. Want to collect every different look in the game and experiment with NPC response. Want more NPCs that respond to your look for different occasions.
11) Ability to upgrade clothing rarity for improved stats if you want to keep a certain look.
12) More clothing sets that change your look without messing with the spec-up stuff you wear for the stats or for plot.
13) Infinite Oxygen scuba gear
14) A jump pack or flight pack or even your own NV
15) The ability to busk on a guitar on the street or even hold concerts for cash, cred, other rewards or even just to mess with npcs. (Reminds me of Gravity Daze or Watch Dogs 2 emotes that actually screw with npc behavior, like flirting with a random NPC that somehow riles up other NPCs in the area.)
16) Save folders sorted by character so I can differentiate saves between different playthroughs.
Speaking of NVs, I wish Delamain was an NV that flew you to destinations you select but using a scenic flightpath and talks to you, whether about current events or about the destination you are headed for or even your current selected quest. (Like the Corpo path) This would be an awesome reason to get the Delamain quest cleared early so you can get all kind of potential new content. Hell, I wish you could invite a date and have a romantic event. Imagine having a romantic evening with a midair view with your romantic interest. Even a friendship event with Misty talking about Jackie, especially if you sent him home. Like Final Fantasy 7's companion event on the ferris wheel in the Golden Saucer.
The Delamain car you get eventually seems to be bugged. It doesn't talk. Even the radio doesn't work. You need to reload the game to hear the radio. You can see subtitles if there is a news report going on but not the actual soundtrack. Seems to happen after the electronic musical jingle that plays after you enter the Delamain.
Also having issues with the Chippin' In mission. I can't seem to stealth this. I get auto-caught climbing the boxes outside the gate leading in. And this screws with stuff you discover on the container ship that spawns responses from your companions. Could only get one event about some Militech crates before getting spotted somehow. =.=; Are the NPCs spotting my companions? I hate missing stuff like this. There's this one laptop with two audio files I can't play and a mystery corpo body in a shower. Who knows what else I missed.
Also, while I know you might want to keep a selection of cyberdecks as each has different perks, would it be better for cyberware, once purchased at a higher rarity, it replaces the old one. That way you don't keep a bunch of lower rarity cyberware you're not likely to need to equip again.
Is there a way to get Takemura to accept he's been played out by his masters and should go full Nomad Ronin? And does he have a hidden chain of foodie events somewhere? Or maybe a place I can set him up as an underground kendo master? Seriously, how awesome would it be if there was a kendo training questline that lets you learn new katana style. Maybe Oda's double sword stance. With super moves. Underground kendo tournament anybody? And if sword stances are on the table....
Double guns? Maybe as a type of super move that lets you unload on an enemy for super damage like the Mantis Blade. Maybe something that lets you go into a temporary bullet time where you mark enemies you want to headshot and go into an automatic spin-in-midair double gun super move like you see in those action flicks.
Also hoping for some humorous content that would rate it's own Top Ten Funny Moments Youtube video. (And no, I'm not talking about glitches) Like a quickhack that sends enemies into a toilet like that guy in Metal Gear Solid. Maybe something that makes them suddenly break into song (Think of the "Bullshit" trick in Now You See Me.) or suddenly get down on one knee and propose to the nearest party NPC with hilarious results. Heck, maybe a massive fart hack would work. Some funny ridiculous non-lethal tricks you can play to distract enemies or mess with NPCs. Try out Ai: The Somnium Files (or Ryan Reynolds) for inspiration. XD
Is there a foreign voice pack add-on available? Heard good things about the polish voice work. Also interested in the japanese version out of curiosity. Honestly wish V had more than two voice packs for different playthroughs. The one I've played with so far is awesome and I expect no less from the other but variety would be nice to help tell I'm playing a new character with a new playthrough.
Seriously looking forward to new Cyberpunk content. I heard rumors that the breathtaking guy himself might be in CD Project Red's neighborhood. Hope he's spending more quality time in a motion capture suit. XD
Stay safe everyone. Hope to chat with you all again soon.
