Edit: I think maybe turning off the 'Hints' option in the 'HUD' options menu gets rid of it?

Subtitles seem bugged and appear randomly even if they are turned off, so I'm not sure what affects what atm

I rebound the 'c' key in the options, that seemed to make it go away.
