Will this game allow us save the game whenever we wish? And more importantly, allow us to reload the save file. For example, my character dies because I did poorly in the fight. Or, I want to change my choice in a dialogue that I made earlier. Can I do over?

And lastly, one save file or multiples?
I don't think we got any information on that yet. But I strongly suspect that it will be just like The Witcher 3.

I don't think we'll know until the game is realised. All I know is that Witcher 3 allowed us to save whenever and as many times as you wish, I am guessing it'll be the same here but I cannot confirm this, just speculating.
