i cant continue the main story

ive talked to viktor
i got the implants installed
i got a message from jackie to hurry up
game keep telling me to talk to viktor all the time

only options to talk to him are pay him off or 'hows biz'

no other main quests available

as such i cant continue the story

something i did during the quest was to get implants installed that were not part of the quest.
i got a shoulder/arm implant installed as well as the required eye and hand implants

I had it where i could not exit the installation process .
I also noticed that there is Tutorial text in the implant screen,
and it gets cut off bc the game shows letterboxes at both left and right sides of my screen.

i fixed this by making a quicksave and loading again. target to talk to changed after that
