Ya know how you can craft a legendary and have only one mod slot, making the purple version you had already much better, despite lower armour or base damage?
It is sooo annoying!

I think they should fix it by having the higher rarities guarantee mod slots.

I dunno weather it should be green = 1, blue = 2, purple = 3 and gold = 4
or....
If it should just be that Legendary just always get 4.
or...
green and blue get a minimum of 1 and purple & gold get a minimum of 2

Whatever happens, something needs to be done to improve this!
What do the rest of you think is the best solution?
