I got The Pickup mission and decided to call Militech agent Meredith Stout. I met and talked to her and she gave me the whole rundown of what she wanted me to do and I gave her the option of mainly that if I scratch her back, she'll scratch mine. She got mad and left so I went to go get the Flathead and went in guns blazing and I took out all of the Maelstrom members including Dum Dum and then Royce. When I was leaving Meredith Stout and her crew showed up and said something like she'll take over and maybe we can work again in the future but I never gave her the Flathead.

Does this mean that I won't get the call from her for the Venus in Furs mission or will I still be getting a call?

I should mention that I am still on Act I.

Don't forget the melee weapon in the room..

Nope, you have to have do something special she asks of you for her during the meeting with her, before you pop off the fight, and find something else before you leave the building with your bud Jackie, and if you didn't do both for her, she ain't interested.

Furthermore you will still have to speak to her the right way after pulling both of those things off.

Did you use the spiked credit chip she gave you? I'm pretty sure you need to not only use it to pay the goons, but let it infect their systems too.

That's still not all of what has to be done.. Something has to be found which outs the mole..

Considering the state of this she's probably in their when she's supposed to be alive.

I don't know about that, but when i was dealing with a spoiler later, after the scene the body teleported on top of the car, it was hilarious and the mood was destroyed.

I had to reload saves constantly already but the optimization demanded tons of it.

I've done this line 3 times and that's all I had to do to get the "Venus in Furs" quest.

#1 I meet her first, during "The Pickup" and make a deal to use the credits she gives me and make sure to leave the malware on it.

#2 I stick my gun in Royces face then pay him with the spiked militech credit chip.

#3 The malware does it's trick, I kill everyone else (Except Brick, I free him)

#4 When I leave Merideth shows up, says she likes the way I do business, mission done.

#5 Later she calls me, I say I want to see her, we meet in hotel, I pick up melee weapon.

So, it seems there's part of it I've missed but that part is not required to meet her at the motel. FYI She's Bi, so male. female, it don't matter.

Ok... It looks like I won't be getting the Venus in Furs quest with her because I went in all Punisher style on the first mission and killed everyone after she told me that she wouldn't help me out if I helped her out. All well... I know about the melee weapon she leaves behind which I won't be able to get but I wonder if she will still be swimming with the fishes because I didn't give her the Flathead device?

Then the online guide I found after several play runs, was just as broken as the game at launch. As that is never supposed to happen unless you found the email from the mole.

All I know, is, I don't really like Meridith, but I hated that Maelstrom jerk for charging me tweice under threat of death.

Then I saw her dead in the water, so I thought, jesus, maybe finding the mole wouldn't hurt, so I went back..

Single player game nobody should care if you're cheating it's the multiplayer ones many nations have trouble grasping cheating is not utilising all resources available to win.

OH, and I had several game breaking glitches during playthrough.

I had to redo it several times because of it. Jackie would get stuck in the building, or stuck in a hiding spot and never move, and you couldn't get back into the building, making it impossible to progress because he would still be in the building with no way for you to get back in..

I see, so you must've picked it up. Nice, yeah, I didn't even expect sex out of it, but, suddenly I got this text later after making sure she wasn't killed and I'm like, wait, what? lol
